Focusing On Learning Instead the Grades

Hello Professor!

This is Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, who would come with her friend every Wednesday for Chemistry 2B office hours (one of your CRO students), writing to thank you for being such a great professor. You really inspired me to continue to try even when there seemed no hope at the time in doing well. Trying definitely paid off.

I would also like to thank you for helping me define what it means to do my very best. Grades are important, but after I stopped focusing on that and started to focus on learning the material I started to do better. The final for Chemistry was a challenge for me but I did my best, and that is what matters.

Will you be teaching 2C fall quarter? If not, I would still like to visit to update you on how well I am doing. Thank you once more professor.

Sincerely,

Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx
